01 — Material covered

This notice applies to content on ckarchstudio.com, including original written information, project descriptions, photographs, architectural drawings, plans, diagrams and visualisations, to the extent that it is protected by copyright.

CK architecture Studio reserves the rights it owns in that material. Displaying a project or image here does not mean that the studio owns every right associated with it. Photographers, designers, previous employers, collaborators and other rights holders may retain rights in particular work.

02 — Viewing and reusing content

You may browse this website and share links to its public pages. Access to the website does not, by itself, grant a licence to republish its content or use it for another project.

Unless an applicable licence or the law permits your intended use, obtain written permission from the relevant rights holder before reproducing, distributing, adapting, publishing or commercially using protected material. This includes uploading photographs or drawings to another website, social media account, brochure, advertisement or portfolio.

Giving credit does not, on its own, replace any permission that is required. Any authorised use must follow the agreed scope and attribution requirements. Please do not present our work as your own or imply an endorsement, partnership or involvement that does not exist.

03 — Project drawings and third-party rights

Project material is presented for information about the work shown. Viewing or downloading it does not grant permission to build from, adapt or reuse protected drawings or designs on another project. Any project licence agreed with a client is governed by that separate agreement.

Material owned by another party remains subject to that party’s rights and any applicable licence. We cannot grant permission for rights we do not hold. This notice does not override an open licence or other valid permission applying to a particular item, and it does not claim ownership of general ideas or material outside copyright protection.

04 — Uses allowed by law

Nothing in this notice removes or limits uses permitted by applicable copyright law, including relevant fair-dealing and accessibility exceptions where their conditions are met. Separately agreed licences also remain effective.

05 — Permission and reporting concerns

For permission to use studio-owned content, email ckarchstudio1@gmail.com with a link to the material, the intended use, where it will appear and the proposed duration. Please obtain written agreement before proceeding where permission is required; a request alone does not grant permission.

If you believe material has been used without permission, or a credit or ownership statement needs correcting, contact the same address. Include the relevant page or image link, the nature of your concern and information identifying the rights holder so that we can investigate.
